1. 协议的接受
欢迎使用相册瘦身管家（Gallery Slimmer，以下简称"本应用"）。在使用本应用前，请仔细阅读本用户协议（以下简称"本协议"）。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你已阅读并同意受本协议全部条款的约束。
如你不同意本协议的任何条款，请立即停止使用本应用。
2. 服务内容
本应用为用户提供以下功能：
- 盲盒碎片清理：以随机抽取、滑动筛选的方式逐张取舍照片；
- AI 智能批量清理：自动识别重复照片、相似连拍、大容量视频与屏幕截图，支持批量处理；
- 快捷相册归类：长按拖拽完成照片归档，支持自定义分类与文件夹。
本应用会持续优化和更新服务内容，具体功能以实际版本为准。
3. 订阅与付费服务
本应用的基础清理功能可免费使用。部分高级功能（如大文件扫描、无限批量清理等）通过 App Store 内购订阅提供。使用订阅服务即表示你同意：
- 订阅费用将从你的 Apple ID 账户中扣除；
- 订阅为自动续费，除非在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续费，否则订阅将自动续期并扣费；
- 你可以在 iPhone 或 iPad 的"设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅"中随时管理或取消订阅；
- 取消订阅仅在下个计费周期生效，已支付的当期费用不予退还。
4. 用户行为规范
你承诺在使用本应用时遵守法律法规，不得：
- 利用本应用从事任何违法或侵权活动；
- 尝试破解、逆向工程或干扰本应用的正常运行；
- 恶意利用系统漏洞获取不正当利益；
- 以任何方式侵犯他人隐私、肖像权或知识产权。
5. 知识产权
本应用的名称、图标、界面设计、文案及全部软件代码，均受相关知识产权法律保护。未经书面许可，任何单位和个人不得复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。
6. 数据与隐私
本应用的所有照片处理均在设备本地完成，不收集、上传或存储任何照片及个人信息。有关数据处理的详细说明，请参阅《隐私政策》。
7. 免责声明
- 本应用按"现状"提供服务，不对服务的适用性、无错性作任何明示或默示保证；
- 清理操作由你主动确认后执行。建议在清理前确认所选照片，误删造成的损失，本应用不承担相关责任；
- 对于因不可抗力、系统故障、网络异常等导致的服务中断或数据异常，本应用不承担责任。
8. 协议的变更
我们可能适时修订本协议，修订后的协议将在本页面公布并注明更新日期。重大变更将通过应用内公告等方式另行通知。继续使用本应用即视为你接受修订后的协议。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Gallery Slimmer (the "App"). By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the App.
If you do not agree to any of these Terms, please stop using the App immediately.
2. Services Provided
The App provides the following features:
- Blind-Box Photo Cleanup: review photos one by one in random order and swipe to keep or delete;
- AI Smart Batch Cleanup: automatically detect duplicate photos, similar bursts, large videos and screenshots, and process them in batches;
- Quick Album Sorting: long-press and drag to archive photos, with custom categories and folders.
The App is continuously improved; actual features depend on the installed version.
3. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Basic cleanup features are free. Some advanced features (such as large-file scanning and unlimited batch cleanup) are offered through in-app subscriptions via the App Store. By subscribing you agree that:
- Subscription fees will be charged to your Apple ID account;
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in "Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions" on your iPhone or iPad;
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Engage in any illegal or infringing activity;
- Attempt to crack, reverse engineer or disrupt the App;
- Exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair gain;
- Violate others' privacy, publicity rights or intellectual property.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's name, logo, interface design, copy and software code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No one may copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.
6. Data and Privacy
All photo processing happens locally on your device. The App does not collect, upload or store any photos or personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied;
- Cleanup actions are executed only after your explicit confirmation. The App is not responsible for losses caused by mistaken deletion — please review your selections carefully;
- The App is not liable for service interruptions or data anomalies caused by force majeure, system failures or network issues.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new revision date, and material changes will be announced in-app. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
